It was Owen who cleaned out carpet and he was so helpful. Customer service was great, nothing was a problem and very reasonable cost for the job. Given the short time scale I had to get the carpets cleaned and problems that I was having with estate agents, he really went out of his way to help us at such short notice. My father had to let them in my unit as I was at work and I was not able to inspect them until the follwoing day. I had recently done some renovations so the carpets were filthy and had stains which I did not think would come out but my carpet was like brand new afterwards.
